This lovely client called during architectural plan review.  Together we reviewed and redlined plans, re-thinking some of the layout and made some key impactful upgrades.  In addition to adding square footage (from a 4 bedroom to a 7 bedroom!) – a new office was added, guest suite, a powder bath, a breakfast nook, and a major upgrade to the family room including all new furnishings.  This was a great family home to remodel, and absolutely adorable clients.
