This historic home in Oakland was originally designed by the world-renowned architect, Julia Morgan.  It still had some amazing bones but had fallen into bad disrepair.  We updated it extensively, including the kitchen and all bathrooms, refreshed the flooring, and modernized it completely, but made sure maintain all of the details holding on to its original charm while giving it a fresh, livable feel.
