This lovely client called during architectural plan review.  Together we reviewed and redlined plans, re-thinking some of the layout and made some key impactful upgrades .  In addition to adding square footage (4 bedroom to a 7 bedroom!) – a new office was added, powder bath, dining area, and a major upgrade to the family room including all new furnishings.  This was a great family home to remodel.
