This sunny home in the heart of Los Feliz was fully upgraded with a brand-new extended family room, full refreshed kitchen and adjoining butler’s pantry, a new Jack & Jill bath, and a house full of new furnishings, lighting, window treatments plus a full back yard renovation.  We worked with the contractor to incorporate some beautiful arches and details keeping with the flow and bones of the house.  In the kitchen we salvaged most of the cabinets and stained glass but reconstructed the island in walnut, removed an odd peninsula and replaced countertops, backsplash, lighting and window treatments.  We converted a redundant dining space into a large walk-in butler’s pantry.  We updated the master suite, into a much more comfortable and stylish haven.  The Jack and Jill bath was fully renovated to a space both brother and sister could share (playful, but not childish).  Upstairs we carved a reading nook out of an unused dead end in the hallway.
