This sunny home in the heart of Los Feliz was fully upgraded with a brand new family room, kitchen, butler’s pantry, and a house full of new furnishing, lighting and window treatments.  We worked with the contractor to incorporate some beautiful arches and details keeping with the flow and bones of the house.  In the kitchen we salvaged most of the cabinets and stained glass but reconstructed the island in walnut, removed an odd peninsula and replaced countertops, backsplash, lighting and window treatments.  We converted a redundant dining space into a large walk-in pantry.  Upstairs we carved a reading nook out of an unused dead end in the hallway.
